Payment and shipping policies


-Please call or email to reserve the item you are interested in.
-Money orders, cashiers checks, personal or business checks, and Paypal are acceptable methods of payment.
-Paypal payments should be sent to authenticgamers@aol.com.
-All items are shipped via UPS at buyer’s expense.
-Items paid for by check are held for 7-10 business days.
-If payment for an item is not received within 7 days of reservation, the item will no longer be held.
-Layaway payments are due by the dates agreed upon – non-payment will result in a forfeit of the item and deposit.
-International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
-On occasion, final sale prices might be negotiated. In such cases, Paypal payment is not acceptable.

Return policies

-All items sold carry a lifetime authenticity guarantee.
-All items sold include a 10-day unconditional return policy.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
-If an item is being returned, you must notify us by phone prior to shipping the item back.
-If damage occurs during return shipment, a refund will not be issued.
-Returned items paid for via Paypal will be refunded after the item is received and inspected.
-Returned items paid for via check will be refunded with a company check.
-All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
